Boss Buddies Animal Rescue was founded by people who refused to look away. We're a community-driven nonprofit committed to pulling animals from crisis, healing them, giving them second chances and finding them the families they deserve.
Our Mission
We believe animal rescue is about more than finding homes — it's about compassion, connection, and the bonds that form between people and the animals who need them most.
Every animal that comes through our rescue carries a story. Our job is to honor that story, meet them where they are, and walk alongside them — and the families who love them — every step of the way.
We have a special place in our hearts for pit bulls — the most misunderstood breed. Behind the myths and the stigma is a dog that is loyal, gentle, and desperate to love. We are committed to changing the narrative, one buddy at a time.
